Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a reliable and energetic results orientated person to join our passionate team.
The position has the following duties:
· Assist dealers, and on occasion consumers, with customer service enquiries including technical, warranty and spare parts issues.
· Processing claims from dealers and lodging claims with suppliers.
· Assist with coordinating the delivery and return of test bikes between TBA and dealers as well as the preparation and servicing of these bikes before they are delivered to dealers.
The position has the following requirements:
· Strong mechanical knowledge of bicycles.
· Ability to provide good service to dealers.
· Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
· Minimum average level computer skills – ie MS Excel, MS Outlook/email etc.
· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to get to the source of the problem and provide the appropriate action.
· Positive attitude toward problem solving.
· Ability to prioritise tasks to maximize efficiency in performing tasks and resolving issues.
